Solo Travel

Traveling teaches us so much about life. It gives us insight into ourselves and the space to create and reshape our lives. It challenges us to grow & empowers us to tune into our hearts and let our dreams run wild.

I started traveling by myself in college-- a solo trip to Brazil to volunteer. It completely shaped how I viewed myself and the world around me. Ever since then I've been taking trips alone because I recognize it's what my heart and soul need deep down to reconnect. It changes me for the better.. I now know myself better than before, and I know how amazingly resilient I am.

Traveling alone has helped me become a woman who truly knows herself, and in these moments I have found a great sense of inner peace and immense love for life.
